We loved being back at Glasbern Inn last month to celebrate with Lea & Kevin for their wonderful ceremony and reception. The venue’s warm, welcoming atmosphere made it the perfect setting for a day that felt personal, joyful, and full of character.
One of our favorite parts of the celebration was crafting a soundtrack that truly reflected the couple. Rather than taking a one-style-fits-all approach, the music throughout the night had a lot of range, which helped the reception feel unique from start to finish. The dance floor moved through a mix of nostalgic throwbacks, high-energy party music, alternative favorites, singalong moments, and unexpected selections that gave the night its own identity.
That variety made a big difference. It gave guests from different age groups and musical tastes plenty of chances to connect with the celebration, and it kept the energy feeling fresh all night long. Some moments felt playful and lighthearted, others felt rowdy and full of momentum, and together it all created a reception that never felt repetitive.
That is what we always aim for when building a wedding soundtrack. The best receptions are not just packed with music people know, but shaped around the personalities in the room. Lea & Kevin’s wedding at Glasbern Inn was a great reminder that when the music feels true to the couple, the entire celebration feels more memorable.
